Then i suspect you need a new graphic card. I'm a bit confused by what crossfire means and if its even worth it or, but I wouldnt mind paying a bit and salvaging this computer for a couple more years if I can use two monitors with it. I dont know if this last piece of information helps, but it is about all I can offer outside of asking if you suspect that I may simply need a new graphics card. I found the case to my MOBO and it is a ASRock A75 Pro4. In fact, it is as if the computer can only read a single display/monitor input at a time because I only seem to be able to have a single monitor identified at once. The same with the Screen Resolution settings.
Even if I manually 'force' my desktop to extend its display by using 'WindowsKey+P' there is no effect. That was an interesting idea to check the AMD CCC, but it unfortunately did not work. It is just that sometimes they are disabled by default. Can you open AMD CCC and see if the two of the monitors are detected or not? And check the whole catalyst control center if there is an option to enable dual screen. There may be one other thing we can try before go buying another graphic card.
